Natalie Browning

Natalie Browning is a multifaceted cellist and chamber musician. Natalie is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree in cello performance at Arizona State University, studying with Tom Landschoot. She received her Bachelor of Music degree in cello performance from Utah Valley University (UVU), where she studied with Cheung Chau. Natalie was the recipient of numerous scholarships for cello at UVU, and was also selected by the UVU Department of Music to receive their Award of Merit in Music Performance.

Natalie made her solo debut at age 21 with the Vidin State Sinfonietta in Vidin, Bulgaria, and has performed as a guest with Sinfonietta Polonia on their tour of the Greater Poland Area for their New Year's program. She was the featured cellist for the world premiere of pre-Broadway musical "Fly More Than You Fall," starring Sony- and Paradigm Talent Agency-signed artist Lexi Walker, and was also the featured soloist for the United States premiere of Mongolian Boots, II: Steeds at the 2020 ACDA Western Division Conference, the latter performed on electric cello.

She has performed with a variety of groups and musicians, including UVU's jazz band and percussion ensemble, the Brigham Young University Opera, the Solstice Singers, and Seinfeld star Jason Alexander during his visit to UVU. She has also performed in masterclasses with numerous internationally renowned cellists, including Yeesun Kim and Ovidiu Marinescu.

Natalie has served as an instructor at the Mountain Springs Music Festival, and she has adjudicated at the Salt Lake City Suzuki Cello Federation. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and spending time with her friends and family.
